Permitech gives a contractor one record for each excavation job: the owner responses, the site checks, the controls, the sign-offs, the crew and the final copy. Later changes, holds and the hand-back stay on the same record.

It is strict where the risk is. A permit cannot be issued until the configured evidence and signatures are in place. The issued final copy is never edited: a change makes a new version and marks the old copy as replaced.

It does not replace Before You Dig information, locating on site, or the approvals owners and authorities require. Your people do that work and stay responsible for it.
